These terms of use and privacy policy are published by the Association des Superviseurs Musicaux, headquartered at 12, rue d'Enghien - 75010 Paris, France, email: contact@asm-supervisionmusicale.fr (hereinafter also referred to as "we", "us", "our") and are applicable when browsing our website https://www.asm-supervisionmusicale.fr/ (hereinafter the "Website").

The Association des Superviseurs Musicaux undertakes to ensure the compliance of the data processing it carries out in accordance with the applicable provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the "RGPD") and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.
